Instructor: Coach Steve Comegna (FAST Hockey) Target Focus: Speed, Acceleration, Puck Protection & Decision Making Under Pressure What to Expect During the Session Explosive Edge Work & Acceleration: Warm-up drills focused on stride extension, quick direction changes, and building maximum velocity out of tight turns. High-Speed Puck Protection: Learning how to shield the puck using body positioning, active edges, and top-hand control while operating under defender pressure. In-Stride Shooting & Rapid Release: Working on receiving passes in transition, changing shooting angles, and snapping off high-velocity shots without breaking stride.
