Steve Comegna brings a wealth of high-level playing and coaching experience to the Anytime Hockey platform as the founder and head instructor of FAST Hockey. Growing up in the GTA, Steve progressed through elite AAA competitive channels before advancing to the Junior and Collegiate levels, establishing himself as a relentless competitor with a deep understanding of game dynamics. Known for his high-energy, detail-oriented approach to player development, Steve specializes in bridging the gap between isolated skill mechanics and real-time game application. His proven track record includes training elite talent across all levels—working directly with NHL, AHL, and OHL players, as well as top-tier AAA prospects. Through FAST Hockey, his mission is simple: build fast, explosive, and high-IQ players who can execute skills under relentless pressure. Whether working with youth players refining their foundations or professional athletes preparing for camp, Coach Steve’s structured, high-tempo sessions demand excellence and build confidence on every rep.
